Inquiry & Booking
After filling out my inquiry form, we’ll schedule a free consultation call where I’ll learn more about you, your love story and your vision. Based on our chat, I’ll send you a proposal tailored to your individual needs within 3 business days.
Once you’ve approved your proposal, paid your retainer free and we’ve signed our contract, I’ll send you a questionnaire to collect all the nitty gritty details that I’ll need to begin designing your dream invitations.
Sketches & Mood Board
This is where the fun begins! After we’ve spoken about your vision, I’ll take what I’ve learned and create my initial sketches of your stationery suite and create a mood board filled with inspiration images and a cohesive color palette that represents your love story.
We’ll make sure you love the direction we’re headed in before we move into the final design rounds.
Designing & Digital Mockups
This is where the polishing begins. I’ll take where we landed in our sketching stage and create all of the original artwork and calligraphy needed to pull the designs together. This artwork will be placed into a digital mockup for your feedback and approval.
You will receive up to 3 design proofs before you’ll need to make your final approval so that we can move into production.
Printing & Production
Once your final digital mockup is approved, your designs will be sent to the printer for production. Production time will vary depending on the chosen printing method but typically ranges from 2-4 weeks.
During this stage I will also be sourcing any additional materials needed to complete your invitation suite such as vintage postage, wax seals and ribbons!
Assembly & Addressing
This is the home stretch! Once I’ve received all of the elements of your invitation suite I will be assembling your suites, addressing your envelopes and adhering your postage. Once all of the T’s are crossed and envelopes are sealed I will deliver your invitations to USPS to be mailed to your guests.
Each of my brides will also receive a special keep sake box that contains three sets of their invitations.
